Trello to Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram Social Posting Zap

This Zap runs every day, picks up the Trello cards for that day, and publishes their images and captions to Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Each card holds the post images and a caption for each platform, so content is prepared in Trello and published without manual uploading.

How it works

• Runs every day: a Schedule by Zapier trigger starts the Zap once a day.
• Finds the cards: gets the cards from a single Trello pillar, splits them into individual items and loops over each one.
• Checks each card: Formatter steps convert the start and due dates and read the card status, and a filter then decides which cards continue.
• Gets the content: extracts the social captions, then finds the card’s image attachments in Trello.
• Updates Trello: updates the card and moves it to another list.
• Publishes everywhere: Code by Zapier and Paths split the card into branches by platform and content type, then publish posts and videos to Facebook Pages, company updates to LinkedIn, and photos and videos to Instagram for Business.
